Jar Filling

1. Product Feeding

-Bulk product is fed from the hopper of the Z elevator into the mulithead weigher.

2. Precision Weighing

-The multi-head combination weigher rapidly calculates and dispenses the exact target weight (e.g.1g -50g).

3.Jar Unscrambling & Orientation (Loading)

-Empty glass jars are bulk-loaded into a hopper. An unscrambler automatically sorts and orients the jars to the conveyor line, ensuring they are ready for filling without manual intervention.

4.Precision Weighing & Dosing

-The system integrates with a multihead weigher. Cannabis buds are fed into the weigher's pools.The computer calculates the optimal combination of buckets to achieve the exact target weight (e.g., 3.5g, 7g, 14g, 28g) with high accuracy (0.03-0.05g). Once the correct weight is achieved, the product discharged into a funnel positioned directly over the waiting jar.

5.Capping

- Lids (often child-resistant caps) are sorted and placed onto the jars by a cap sorter and placer, then the cap will be screwed it onto the jar.

6. Discharge & Collection

-The sealed jars are conveyed to a collection table.
